Incorporating two iconic structures of the 14th Street neighborhood, The Belmont Garage and Elizabeth Taylor Medical Center, Liz is built on a storied history of community service and enduring cultural impact. The aesthetic of the well-known Medical Center will be preserved and the door which welcomed patients for stigma-free and compassionate care will now become the point of entry for a cultural center celebrating the history and diversity of the LGBTQ community.
